TPS55288: We can't connect TPS55288 vis USB2ANY tool, please advise

Hi team,

We tried to connect our TPS55288EVM-045 but GUI always shows Hardware not connected. Failed to connect.

I already followed user guide's instructions, so currently I don't know what's goping on.

Please advise.

1. I only provided 12V power source in EVM board

2. To connect USB2ANY between EVM and PC

3. Turn on GUI and click left bottom icon for connection

Below are some questions need to check with you.

1. Is EN already connected to High?

2. Have you updated the firmware of USB2ANY?

3. Have you chosen the right I2C slave address?

Bryce,

1. Yes

2. How to updated? I just connected to my PC and it showed connected.

3. I already tried AUTO CONNECT button to automatically detect, but is still show ,Hardware not Connect

Hi Paul,

1. Have you tested VCC voltage?

2. You can download the USB2ANY Explorer, and when you open it, it will remind you to update firmware if not updated to latest version.

3. Please change the address manually to see if it works.
