Hi all,

I need to get +/- 5V from the usb bus (+5v) with low current. Could you tell me if TPS60400 is the best option for this application and if there´s any application note regarding this?

    Yes, this is the simplest way to do it.  But note that you won't get a regulated -5V--it will vary based on the USB voltage and load.  If this is ok, then do it.

    The other optin is to use the TPS62120/2 in an inverting buck boost topology.  We hope to have an app note on this in the next month.
