Hi,
1) Can you share the crashlog? Details on how to find the crashlog are shown here.
2) SIMPLIS can also be used to simulate this device. The model for that tool is available here. https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/snvmbg0

Hi Wei,
I am able to run the simulation without issue. Could you please share more details? What version of PSpice for TI are you running? What errors are you seeing? When does the crash occur and can you share the crash log? Could you please archive and share the project?
Thank you,

Hi Wei,
I am able to launch and simulate your design. There may be something in your setup causing a problem for PSpice for TI.
If you have saved the design in an unusual location, such as a removeable flashdrive, please try saving it in a very basic location (like C:\Users\myname\Documents)
Please remove any non ASCII characters or spaces from the file paths and names. For example, C:\Users\my ñáṁê\Documents should be switched to C:\Users\my_name\Documents
Thank you,
Jackie
