LM5164: LM5164 - Bootstrap cap between BST and SW

Hi,

LM5164 datasheet says absolute max rating for Ccap = 2n5, 

What would happen if i use 10nF cap for bootstrap?

    Hi Savas,

    Thank you for posting.  It is stated in the datasheet that the boot capacitor should be bounded by the limits in the Abs Max Rating table.   If you choose a 10nF capacitor, you may damage the IC.  I copy and paste the section of the datasheet below for your convenience.
