TPS59650: Mapping of CCSP3 and CCSP2 for 1 Phase CPU Application.

Hello,

I am using 1 CPU phase and 1 GPU phase of "TPS59650" for Intel Atom Power. regarding the mapping of Un-used CCSP2, CCSP3 and GCSP2, the following information is given in the datasheet and Design Spreadsheet respectively- 

Both statement seems contradictory in the case of CCSP2. 

Please confirm, should I connect CCSP2 to GND or 3.3V.
