BQ33100: Stacking Multiple devices to monitor 56 Capacitors

Hi,

One of my customers is trying to implement the attached topology by stacking multiple BQ33100 devices. The grounds will be shifted appropriately too, will there be any issues with the shown arrangement. I am attaching the topology they want to implement. Please help provide your inputs on the same.

Hello Rishabh,

The BQ33100 is not designed to be stacked and has not been tested in this configuration. I would not recommend implementing this type of design.

Hello Rishabh,

I am not aware of any stackable capacitor monitors that are available. Check our battery monitor selection, they may have something for only monitoring that is stackable.
