Hi team,

My customer use the TPS24742  to realize redundant power supplies. 

Below picture is the setting parameter from customer sides, Ilimt=9A.

Customer used 'TPS2474x Design Calculator_RevB' to calculate the parameter of below schematic. However, the TPS24742 will trigger overcurrent protection when Iload>7A but not Ilimt=9A. Meanwhile, the TPS24742 will shut down when it running about 5mins in Iload>5A.

So, could you help review the schematic to troubleshoot? Thanks.
