我使用的是Ucc27201DR的物料，在实际批量使用过程在容易出现芯片供电引脚短路或MOS驱动短路的情况，以下是实际应用的电路，MOS管是IPB200N15N3 G ，工作频率是20KHz，上下死区1uS和4uS都测试过。
通过改驱动电阻和栅源极并电容优化过驱动波形进行测试还是会有一定的故障率，能帮忙分析一下可能存在的原因吗？
