The customer design with BQ34Z100. It is planned to display the power SOC. When it is fully charged, this LED is always on, so that the user knows that it is fully charged.
Every time VEN and REG25 are short-connected, the light only turns on once and then goes out. It needs to be short-circuited all the time to keep the light on.

Please give some suggestions.
