TPS25947: Input anti-reverse protection

Part Number: TPS25947

The want to add input anti-reverse protection function using TPS25947, which means the GND pin is +5V, and IN pin is 0V.

And in this situation, the circuit will not break down.

Is there any recommendation design using TPS25947 or other devices?

One solution I know is add a diode between board GND and device GND pin.

When the board GND is +5V, the diode will block the voltage and the device GND pin is still 0V.

But in the normal condition, there will be a 0.7V voltage lift in the device GND pin compared to the board GND.

Is there any other risk?

The second question:

What is the difference between TPS259470"A"RPWR and TPS259470"L"RPWR?  The customer is asking this quesiotn.
