Besides, what the usage of R526 if populated? Based on my understanding, if RTC is needed, a bypass CAP is enough. Why connect OSC32KCAP to LDOVRTC?

Yes, they leave OSC32KCAP pin floating. From Table 6-1 in the data sheet:

It appears the TDA4 team has R526 in place for possible debugging purposes. You are correct, if RTC is needed, a bypass CAP is enough. I recommend contacting TDA4 team about their EVM design.
