BQ27546-G1: BQ27546 Initialize and Calibration

Hello Dear Shirish,

Thanks for your help and fast response,

The big issue was  face to face with design and development process. We can't able to make a calibration each product on the mass production but we need to more accuracy depend on that parameters;

1) What's the accuracy of average calibration values?

2)Does it exceed 5% error percentage of battery?

3) If we make a decision to use a average values, how can we select this calibration parameter?

I have an another question for the programming BQ27546-G1.

We cannot program the BQ27546 from the MCU due to some problems caused by us. 

If we want the write a register(design capacity,Q max cell, design voltage etc.)  directly I2C on the MCU. Is it problem for the BQ's process?(All data's tested with BQ Studio)

In the other way we are already directly access(unsealed mode) with the register and change the daha. Is it clear for you?

Chemistry and learned data will need to be written to the gauge. This data cannot be written through the data flash commands. If that data is already written then you can write other registers/data through the MCU later if you want to change it.

We already write the Chem ID and the other data on the MCU but we cannot write a learned data because of the in seral production it's not a possible for us.

Is this thing not a good? If we are not write a learned data which type of error are we face it?

Not writing the learned data will result in inaccurate gauging.

What's percentage of  error for the  without learned data? Is the gauge calculated error more than %5-10?
