TPS54340: SPICE Param value

Hi , 

I have created unencrypted spice model of TPS54340 in LTSPICE , However there is a Param SS={SS} is created as part of created part . Could you help what is this Param SS={SS} and how to set this. . Design is to generate 12 to 3.3V .

    Hello Siva,

    Thank you for posting.  This is what I found so far from our team. Our experts actually ran the model to verify, and we can tell that this parameter has no more significance for the simulation.  It seems the parameter {SS} was initially intended to speed up the simulation into steady state by shortening the soft-start process but the final model actually makes the soft start fixed as described in the datasheet.  Therefore, you can ignore it for it would take a default value of 0, or you can assign it to be {0} or {1} but the results should be the same.
