LMG1020: Device recommendation

Hi team,

I want to find a VCSel driver which has below specs.

LVDS differential input, single channel.

LVDS input frequency is larger than 10Mhz.

Pulse current is larger than 5A and the pulse time is shorter than 2ns.

MOSFET integrated.

Vin can cover 5V/3.3V/1.8V.

Body size is smaller than 2mm*2mm.

I search for the device in ti.com and find LMG1020. But it does not integrate MOSFET and differential module. So I want to check if we have such solution.

    I am from the gate driver team which owns the LMG1020. Of our products, LMG1020 comes the closest to meeting all of these specifications. The differential inputs are not "true" differential inputs, but maybe that could still work? Also, the power FET is not built-in, but the driver stage still includes a reasonably strong FET:

    It can meet the 5A and 2ns conditions (although it is at the limit of its specs). The drivers from our GaN team implement the GaNFET internally. However, I think your best bet would be our optical networking ICs. Our team (gate drivers) is focused on power applications, and not necessarily signal ones. LMG1020 is used in some laser applications such as LiDAR, but I haven't heard of it being used in VCSel. 

    In short, I am not aware of a device within our gate drivers portfolio that meets these specs closer than LMG1020. Some other team, such as the optical networking team, may have a closer match.
