Hi Team,
Below is the page of BQ28Z610 lifetimes.
- Is it possilbe to add cell Min Voltage in lifetimes?
- When gauge IC is off, could we read cell voltage before charging?
- can 0V charging be disable? like <1~2V stop charging
Thanks.
Anderson

1. The gauge doesn't record min. cell voltage so it's not possible to add this to lifetimes.
2. You will have to turn on the gauge before you can read cell voltage.
4. Set ZVCHG Exit Threshold to 0V. This will disable zero volt charging.
Hi Dominik,
Thank you very much.
for question 2 , I think customer want to read the battery voltage before enable the MOSFET for charging. is it possible?
The gauge is supposed to be always powered by the cells so it won't turn off, if the CHG FET is enabled. You will be able to read VBAT, VCELL1 and VCELL2 when the CHG FET is off.
Hi Dominik,
if the 0V charge is disable, what is the minimum charge voltage? is it 2.2V or lower? I saw the ZVCHG exit min voltage is 0V, typical is 2.2V, this is confuse me.
