TPS65988DK: PD compliance test failed

Hi Ti Engineer,
I have a device based on the TPS65988DK, which is connected to a DC power supply and uses the USB-C to charge the computer for PD.
When I conducted a compliance test on the USB-C in the laboratory, a failure occurred. The test item was TDA. 2.2.3 BMC PROT SEQ DRSWAP.
The prototype announced that it supports DR Swap, but when the prototype was Sink, it replied to the DR Swap request with a Reject. Is this normal or how can I configure it through the tool to test OK?

My design is based on the Intel Thunderbolt Gorilla Creek TI88 architecture, which has four TBT4 ports. During testing, they all have this failure project. Is this known or needs to be corrected? How do I fix it?
