Hi Vipin,
This model for both is the same. The only difference between the -Q1 and non-Q1 is the production flow and test flow. There is no difference between the models. The difference between the UCC28950 and UCC28951 is the maximum duty cycle in current limit. The UCC28951 supports up to 97% whereas the UCC28950 has a maximum duty cycle of 95%.
