TPS63000 package size too small

I got the sample chips but they are too small (3mm*3mm) to solder......

Is there chips with bigger size?

    The trend in semiconductors over the past 20 years has been smaller and smaller.  Just look at how cell phones have reduced their size yet can do much more.  This doesn't come without smaller components.

    All of the TPS63xxx devices are in a leadless QFN package or chipscale package.  These packages can be soldered by hand using an air gun.  Any manufacturer will be able to solder these on a production line.

    You can always order the EVM, which has the device attached, and do your testing on it.
