Hello,

We are trying to shift most of our components to Ti made ones. We are looking for alternative component made by Ti which is same spec or better with good stock and production to replace PSMN1R4-40YLD and BUK6D43-40P.

    Hello SAERO,

    Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. The recommended cross reference to the PSMN1R4-40YLD (40V NFET, 1.4mΩ max at VGS = 10V in LFPAK56) is the CSD18512Q5B which is a 40V NFET, 1.6mΩ max at VGS = 10V in 5x6mm SON package. Pin out and package are compatible but you may need to optimize the stencil opening for printing solder paste Unfortunately, TI does not have a cross to the BUK6D43-40P (-40V PFET, 43mΩ max at VGS = -10V in 2x2mm DFN package) as our PFETs only go to -20V max BVDSS.

    Hello SAERO,

    Yes, we have the CSD18510Q5B (0.96mΩ at VGS = 10V) and CSD18509Q5B (1.2mΩ max at VGS = 10V). Both are in the same 5x6mm SON package.The CSD18510Q5B is a newer device and the 1ku price is slightly lower vs. the CSD18509Q5B.
