Asking for boost TPS61089 design suggestions

Hi Team,

Customer would like to design boost IC for audio amp.

TAS2781’s EVM place TPS61089. However, the output 12V is not enough for customer’s requirement.

If need to boost 13.5V and 15V, what is the best recommendation solution we have?

Hi SHH,

Could you provide the input voltage range?

And the output is up to 18V, 25W, right?

Also, what other requirements do you have? like frequency, size, efficiency and so on?

Hi Fergus,

thanks for feedback.

the output is up to 15V, <20W.

it is used on NB application, small and efficiency, please recommend based on NB application.

Hi SHH,

I'm sorry I'm not sure about the NB application requirement.

Some devices are recommended below.

TPS61288, TPS61376, TPS61378 and TPS61178 can all output 15V 20W.

Please provide more information for the application.
