I am calculating power loss of IC TPS62816 regulator. For that i need rise and fall time of internal switching MOSFET. Could you please provide information about this or you can share the waveform also from which we can get it.

Hi Gulafza,

I would sugget to use the Webench model for power loss calculation. Model will help to calculate it with external components selection.

Thank you for your response.

In our case we have already schematic ready, for that we are checking worst cases. So we need value of rise and fall time of internal switching MOSFETs for put in below formula. Please provide those values.
