We are using TPS4H160BQPWPRQ1 part. Have you tested quad channel high switch with full load. If you have any test reports. Could you please share ?

Hi Naresh,

We have tested the device across the operating conditions specified in the datasheet. Please feel free to sample the EVM for any testing.

The device is rated for 2.5A nominal loads. Full load depends on the ambient temperature, the board construction and any limits that have been set. We have no dedicated test reports that we can share over public E2E but the Application Section on the datasheet has some typical application curves.

Thanks for the quick response, We are seeing some leakage issue. Have you observed any leakage ralted issues?. If you have any observations, could you please share test reports?

The leakage values listed on the datasheet are valid. You can request the automotive PPAP here: https://www.ti.com/support-quality/additional-information/automotive-ppap.html

This document provides a lot of data including test values.
