Suggest a suitable controller IC

Dear Team,

We are designing a non-isolated DC-DC Buck converter using external discrete components such as MOSFET,Diode, Inductor & Capacitor.

Input & output requirement details,

Input voltage =320V to 360V

Output voltage=0 to 300V (Adjustable)

Output power (Max)=2kW.

Please suggest the suitable buck controller IC.

UCC28C4x family can used for a buck converter.

Yes. You need external gate driver.
