Could you please recommend the high performance linear charger for a single lithium-ion (Li-Ion)/lithium-polymer (Li-Poly) battery with a programmable, ultralow quiescent current fuel gauge and battery protection circuit, one ultralow quiescent buck, one buck boost switching regulator, and a supervisory circuit that can monitor output voltage?

We currently don't offer an integrated solution such as the one you are requesting. We could provide a solution of discrete components. For the linear charger, the BQ25120A offers a high performance linear charger for Li-Ion / Li-Poly batteries with a programmable buck converter and programmable Load Switch / LDO regulator.

For the gauge and protection portion, the BQ27Z746 would provide a single cell fuel gauge with impedance tracking and integrated protection.
