Hi Parth,

For new designs we recommend using bq79606a for 6s device and bq79616 for 16s. Please look into these for evaluation instead.

Parth,

None of these automotive battery monitors discussed above have integrated FET control. You would need to look into the industrial devices such as BQ76952 for this built in feature.
