Bq20Z95 error codes

I am getting a 5031 error code when I try to calibrate the voltage. The pack is unlocked and in the gas gauge mode. It is happing on just one battery pack. Any ideas what the code means?

Is this while using the mtester ? Error code 5031 means below :

ERR_CALIBRATION_IN_FIRMWARE_CCIOFF : Error in CC offset calibration, Value too large (Overflow) in firmware

I had to replace the BQ20Z95 chip to fix the problem.
