Hi,

I was checked EUV release voltage, but  did not wakeup in the EUV Recovery Voltage.

"The part recovers when  cell voltage rise above the hardware recovery level" in Technical Manual (2.3 Page14)

Please let us know " Hardware recovery level range" (Min ~ Max)
