LM51551-Q1: Fit rate evaluation based on different temp

Hello team,

My customer need to calculate the function safety of their system which is used LM51551-Q1. About the Fit rate based on SN29500, the reference Tj is 55C.

But in their evaluation, they need the fit rate based on different junction temp. Would you mind help check whether we can provide them this spec based on different temp?

    Thanks for using the e2e forum.
    I am afraid we do not have any detailed test or spec data for the full temperature range.
    As far as I know, we align with the SN29500 norm that you mentioned, but this data only lists a fit rate for the temperature of 55C.
    This is the spec that LM51551-Q1 passes for functional safety, but we do not have any data regarding other temperatures available.
