TPS25946: TPS25946 circuit

We are using the TPS25946 eFuse with a 12 Volt input.

The PGTH* ppin is connected to 3.3V via a 10K resistor. The eFuse is behaving erratically. Sometimes it would output 12 volts and sometimes. I am attaching a screen shot of the schematic.

Is something wrong with the circuit?

    1. OVLO falling threshold is around 11.8V as per schematic. So suppose parts go into OVLO then to recover VIN should be below 11.8V but your operating voltage is 12V. So we should design such that VIN operating is less than OVLO falling threshold.  This could lead to what you are seeing.

    2. They way you have configured PGTH is actually not the right way to use PGTH. It will not cause any issue to device but still this connection is not right way to utilize PGTH. Something like this should be done:
