Can you provide the manufacturer and part number for the heatsink assembly used on the LMG342XEVM-04X? The BOM lists a part number S05MZZ14 but a quick web search returned no results. Thanks!

Hi Roger,

Thank you for reaching out. The heat sink we use for the LMG342XEVM-04X EVMs is the S05MZZ12-B from Alpha Novatech. It includes push pins with springs for our board as well as the attached fan on the top. I don't believe this is a catalog part for them, but I believe it is orderable if you reach out to them.
