I am trying to understand how LLC converter works, in one of the forums, Eric said: "In resonant LLC the magnetizing inductance is used to determine what the resonant tank frequency is." 
I am trying to analyze what is the role of Lm in the circuit. ( I read in monolithicpower website that says adding Lm is related to tank’s response to heavy load and light load).
But I don't understand how Lm can determine what the resonant tank frequency is?!
Could you please explain in more?

    There is a short video on ti.com that gives a simple overview of the LLC topology here. For a more detailed understanding, you can refer to this LLC introduction. Page 11 shows how the different ratios of Lr, Lm, and Cr impact performance.
