BQ40Z50-R2: retrive cell imbalance test data

hello, sir: 

is it possible if the we can collect cell to cell imbalance voltage test results periodically as a predictive diagnostic maintenance tool? 

if not, what are the alternative diagnostic tool available for battery health monitoring?  

we have a battery packaged in 4 cells, cell to cell voltage difference is critical to the battery degradation in medical device application.
