I am not sure why the GPIO pin cannot pull the EN pin low. 

Have you tried to replace with a new TLV62568PDRLR and does the EN pin behave the same? 

Do you see consistency with many samples?

Could you also remove C79 and check again?

What is the sink current of the GPIO?

We tested with three samples and all of them showed consistent results(voltage of EN pin remains at 2V) .

When we remove C79, this situation no longer occurs.

Looks like the EN pin is not pulled low properly by GPIO.

Hi,

C79 is reserved.(It can be removed.)

The sink current of the EN-pin is 0.1uA /0.08uA (power on /off),

(Note: After the device enters power-off mode and removes R337, the GPIO(W3.3EN) is 0V  and EN-pin is 2V.)

As mentioned above, do you have any suggestions regarding circuit design for TLV62568PDRLR?

If C79 can be removed, then I would suggest to do so. I think it is not necessary.
