Backflow prevention of TPS65051 LDO.
When the power is turned off, the input voltage and output voltage of VLDO3 gradually decrease.
There is a Schottky diode between VLDO3 and VIN_LDO3, but it reverses the input and output voltages on the way down.
Is there any problem?
steady state
Input Voltage: 3.9V
Output voltage: 1.3V
in the middle of powering off
Input voltage: 190mV
Output voltage: 200mV
