BQ76942: Battery installation sequence in factory processing.

I wonder if the order of battery installation has any effect when processing in the factory.

Because there are 10 cells need to install, this will affect the power-on of BQ76942.

Is there any recommendation?

If not install from Cell1 to Cell10, is there any potential risk?

Hi Fabio,

The BQ76942 does support random cell attach but with some restrictions. Please see this FAQ for more help on random cell connection during manufacturing process:
