Hello,
Can you provide any more information? For example, a schematic? Can you provide waveforms of the input voltage, PH voltage, SRN voltage, and charge current? What is the TS voltage?
Please provide more information for debug.
Regards,
Mike Emanuel
schematic
input voltage wave form
PH VOLTAGE -10.92V
SRN VOLTAGE -10.9V
TS VOLTAGE -3.2
We set as charge current as 2Amps
Hello,
The problem here is you are in charge suspend mode because the TS pin is incorrectly biased. The TS pin needs to be between VHTF and VLTF to initiate charge. Here your TS voltage is 97% of VREF, while VHTF and VLTF are 37% and 73.5% of VREF, respectively. The TS resistors are correct, providing you have a 103AT Thermistor in parallel with the lower resistor.

Mike Emanuel
behalf of your suggestion we got an output (TS PIN) of 1.3 Volts, but the battery didn't get charged.
Hello,
Several things can make STAT1 and STAT2 go high:
Have you eliminated these other faults?
Can you please provide the original waveform requested (all channels please)? They are input voltage, PH voltage, SRN voltage, and charge current.

Mike Emanuel
