Part Number: LM5069

Hi Team,

PSPICE or SPICE Model of MPN: LM5069 is needed for the simulation purpose, Model available in the site is not working i ANSYS tool. Can you please provide Model of same part number or any alternate part model.?

Hi Ashwini,

PSpice and TINA models are available at https://www.ti.com/product/LM5069#design-tools-simulation but they work only in Cadence PSpice and TINA tools respectively.

What are you trying in Ansys ? circuit simulation?

Can you please generate/provide SPICE model which will work in ANSYS also, or else please provide any alternate SPICE model for the simulation in ANSYS?

Unfortunately, we don't know how to make PSpice model work in ANSYS.

TINA tool is free, you can run simulations in TINA to understand the device

Its a SPICE Model it should work in all the simulation software, why it will work only in the Cadence Pspice and Tina Tool only?

When i am opening this DSN file with Notepad its having Nothing.

Please suggest some alternative which will work properly or generate new model for same MPN.

None of the HOT swap model is working I tried MPN:TPS2493PW also Please Help.

try using .lib files from the highlighted models
