BQ34Z100: RemainingCapacity different after transport from Europe to US

Hi Team,

Can you have a look at the following customer issue, please?

We use the BQ34Z100 in a test design to determine the battery capacity, among other things. Unfortunately, we see different values for RemainingCapacity when we read the value in the US after transporting it from Europe. This makes little sense for us, since the device is only transported in this case and it is in a switched off state. Is there common design mistake that could lead to this issue?

    Self discharge of the battery can result in different values of RemainingCapacity after a period of time. If you are seeing drastic reduction, then there may be some current path that is draining the battery
