I have plans on using ADC to convert the temperature from the thermocouple> the ADC used is ADS1148 and the thermocouples are being connected as single ended. The limitation with such connections are the need of bipolar supply, which is not possible in my circuit and hence I was suggested to make use of a negative charge pump inverter and a LDO. Using negative charge pump inverter TPS60403 and negative regulator TPS72301, can I generate -2.5 V and if so does my circuit looks like in the attachment? Even I am planning for a positive regulator TPS73001.
