LM5069: Chip burn

Hi Team,

Good day.

Can you help with the issue below?

When the input Voltage of 24V and max current of 2.5A is applied, the chip burned. Would you kindly check if there is anything wrong with the schematic?

    Hi Marvin,

    Schematic looks fine. There is one minor change (shown below) but it should not lead to LM5069 burn.

    Can you explain bit on the test condition under which it damaged ? Is it during short circuit test ?

    Can you share Vin, Timer voltage, GATE and input current waveforms
