    I took a look at your schematic and everything looks ok except the PG connection. If you are planning on using that signal, you will have to connect a pull-up resistor as delineated in the datasheet. If you do not plan on using that signal, you can leave it floating or ground it - we typically recommend grounding it because it provides a slight improvement to thermal performance.
