UCC39002: IC marking

Part Number: UCC39002

I would like to know UCC39002 making which one is correct?

Or both is fine, I found datasheet only shows "39002". thanks!

Hi Jeff,

The lower markings are the assembly date and lot code information. The difference is the assembly sites.
