LM5088: Problem with LM5088MH-1 when more than 4.5A charge

Part Number: LM5088

Hi everyone,

For a project, I must design a DC/DC converter with these characteristics:

- Input voltage: 39V/56V
- Output voltage: 32V 10A

For that, I use the LM5088MH-1. The first time, I miss some point in the design and the circuit has its output go down (1V) when I was higher than 4.5A of charge (I use an active charge). So I redesign the circuit with more carefule to reduce all problem. But today, between 5/6A, the circuit burn. I don't know which component burn (nothing visible on PCB or component) I just know that I have a short circuit between the input, the ground and the plan between the transistor and the inductor. Did I miss again something on my circuit ? You can see below my schematic, bom and layout of my board.
