Hi all,
We observed a R13 resistor value difference between TPS23750 datasheet and flyback EVM for 5V output.
In datasheet value mentioned is 10K & in EVM it is mentioned as 1.5K.
Kindly let us know the reason behind the change.

The purpose of R13 and C18 is to set the soft startup on the converter secondary side. The larger R13 and C18 values, the longer soft startup time. These is no strict limitation for there values.
Yellow line: RC charging loop
Green line: U3's cathode voltage clamping at soft startup
