For TPS54519, Any recommendations for soft-start time range ?

In TPS54218 datasheet, i can see below recommendation for SS time.

Hi Pedaiah,

You can use that same 1 msec to 10 msec range for most power supplies. If your load or system has special requirements, you can change the time to meet your needs.

We also have the TPS62867 as a smaller, simpler device that you should look at as well.

OK Noted.

In TPS54519, I need to set tss value between 1mses to 10msec.

tss calculation depends on Vref(0.6V), Css and Iss.

What is the variation in Iss across temp. ranges and different batch of devices if we order for production (30-40K/annum?

This is not specified. Usually for an unspecified parameter, you can use +/- 30% variation in the equations.
