UCC21710-Q1: Isolation specs clarification

Hi Experts,

This is posted on behalf of the customer. 

Can this part be used to drive SiCFets in an H-bridge whose DC rail is at 2500V? The gate pulses are generally of the order of 1 to 10uS and  may go up to 1ms

What would be the limiting spec to look for in the datasheet?

    Hi,

    If you look in section 9.1 of the datasheet the UCC21710-Q1 the device can support a DC bus of up to 2121V (in other datasheets this is the maximum working isolation voltage specification) so unfortunately this device may not be the best fit. As far as I know we do not have a device that could support such a high bus voltage. I'll pass along the interest in a device with this specification.
