TPS65983B: Dead Battery mechanism on CC pins for Default USB power

Part Number: TPS65983B

Hi All,

TPS65983B is hardware-configurable to present Rd_DB (Dead Battery) during dead battery, when an external connection pulls up on C_CCn (the case when connected to a
pull-up resistance Rp or pull-up current), the connection through R_RPD will pull up on the FET gate turning on the pull-down through RD_DB.

My question is the FET gate could be continued turning on while the voltage on Sink CC Pins is  0.25V~0.61V (Default USB )?

Because the min VTH_DB of TPS65983B is 0.5V,  I assume the FET will be turned off quickly while voltage on Sink CC Pins is  below 0.5V.

BR,

Wilson
