Hi TI expert,

I am looking for a LLC controller and I find this IC.

About this block control diagram I have some questions I would like to ask.

1. how to decide the C1 and C2 value.

2. how to decide the charge current of Icomp
3.What's the function of this circuit?

Please see the answers below.

1. The C1 and C2 values can be found using design calculator tool (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sluc675 ).

2. The Icomp current is internally generated within the IC. Please see the EVM schematics (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sluubx3 )

3. The circuit is generating the thresholds (VTH and VTL) from the Vcomp signal which determines the turn off event for the primary side MOSFETS of the LLC. Please see the section 2.4 of the app note for additional details. (https://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sluaaj7 ).
