TPS23750: Is there a reference design for TPS23750 in spice?

How am I supposed to simulate it? It seems really odd that you'd release a buck converter that can't be simulated. I need to know how much power this circuit is going to produce and in which components. Kind of difficult to do with hand calculations.

We are sorry that we currently do not have a public Pspice model for TPS23750.

For IC loss, at 100kHz switching frequency you can consider a 48V * 1.4mA (for 500k switching frequency you can use 48V * 1.75mA) for a rough estimation.

For a Buck converter power loss, the major losses could be the MOSFET gate driving loss (Ciss related) + MOSFET switching loss (Coss related) + MOSFET conduction loss + inductor core loss + inductor copper loss + diode / idea diode loss + ESR losses of capacitors

Yeah but that won't help me calculate switching time and select parts, there is no selection info in the datasheet either. TI has really dropped the ball on these parts.

I apologize for the spice model. Our reference design report here (TPS23750EVM-107) may be helpful to provide a rough components selection and efficiency estimation. 

I know it is not an excuse but TPS23750 has both power interface and PWM controller integrated, which may make its model harder to build compared to a single PMW controller IC...
