Hi Ti Team,

MPN : SM74611, is it capable to use at swtiching frequency 550kHz ?, Not able to find relatable details in datasheet.

Hi Ariparanthaman,

SM74611 is not suitable for switching operations. So, it cannot be used for rectification at 550kHz switching frequency.

May I know your application use case so that I can help you suggest suitable component.

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for the response !

We requires diode at switching node where 5V/9A in forward current. so we are lookin for low forward voltage/drop diode, If anything matches our requirement Plaese let me know.

Hi Ariparanthaman,

Unfortunately our Ideal diode devices are not suitable for switching applications where the frequencies are as high as 550kHz. The max frequency we can support is up to 300-Hz with LM74670-Q1.
